Graduated with a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) in 1998, Indira continued her academic journey by pursuing a Master’s in Technology Management at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in 1999.

She began her professional career in Monterrey, Mexico as a Management Trainee at Cemex, gaining valuable international exposure. To complement her technical and management background, she pursued a Bachelor of Law at Universitas Indonesia in 2004, which enabled her transition into the legal profession.

She went on to practice at several law firms and later served as an in-house corporate legal counsel for international oil and gas companies, including Kodeco and Premier Oil. Over the years, she has developed extensive expertise in EPCI projects, gas sales agreements, charter party contracts, production sharing contracts, procurement, and arbitration, handling both corporate and operational legal matters with a strong focus on the energy sector.

In addition to her corporate legal career, Indira also holds a license as a certified mediator from Pusat Mediasi Nasional. Fueled by her passion for the oil and gas industry, she further advanced her specialization by completing a Master’s in Business and Energy Law in 2023.
